From November we are now changing our monthly invoice to give a more detailed overview of your services. This is responding to the feedback that we received from you.

This now shows the breakdown of your services and the cost per month, the payment date and the house that this invoice relates to.

It also highlights to contact our Bunch Bot if you have any questions regarding your bill and how to access our help centre with articles.
