How do I add coaches to my group?

Now that you have created a group, it's time to start adding other coaches and colleagues. Here is how!

To begin adding coaches to your group, first navigate to your group page through the top left Main Menu.

Once on your group page, find the Manage Group tab on the right had side of the screen.

From here, you have 2 options:

1) Email Invitations - Send invitation emails directly to other coaches. Input their email addresses and press Enter.

Once completed, you will have the ability to choose each coaches access level.

  • Member: Can access the group page and can view the content within the group locker.

  • Manager: Has access to the group page, can view content and can also save and organize resources within the group locker.

  • Admin: Has full access to all areas of the group, including the ability to add and remove coaches from the group, view the usage of the group and can save and organize content within the group locker.

Once chosen, press Invite.

Once invited, coaches will receive a registration link that will look like this:

2) Copy Invitation Link - Copy the invitation link URL to send directly to coaches you would like to access the group.
