When uploading a piece of content to The Coaches Site, you have 2 options.

Quick video uploads allow you to quickly upload a video on The Coaches Site. Simply select a file from your device and press upload to add it to the site.

Quick video uploads are great for efficiently adding video files to your personal TCS library. However, these videos will be private, only to be seen by you and will not include a title, description or category. To add these properties to your uploaded videos, you will need to visit your manage content page.

Regular posts give you a much wider variety of options to add to your uploads. When navigating through your new post, you can choose an article or video-based format, located on the right side of the page.

The Video Post format also allows you to add a video file but allows you to include a title, and description of the video as well as the ability to choose the categories and visibility of the post.

Article Posts are blog-style template, allowing you to add long-form text, images and other media files into your posts.
