This integration streamlines your workflow by eliminating manual data entry and ensuring no lead falls through the cracks. Whether you're getting leads from Zillow, Realtor.com, Facebook Lead Ads, your website contact forms, or any other source that Zapier supports, you can funnel them all into Conrad automatically.
What You'll Need
A Conrad App account
A Zapier account (free or paid)
Your Conrad API key (available in your Conrad account settings)
An active account with at least one lead source (e.g., Facebook Lead Ads, website forms, Zillow, etc.)
Understanding the Integration
Before we dive into the setup, it's helpful to understand how this integration works:
Trigger: A new lead comes in from one of your lead sources (e.g., someone fills out a form on your website, submits a Facebook Lead Ad, or inquires on Zillow).
Zapier Captures: Zapier detects this new lead and captures all the relevant information (name, email, phone, property details, etc.).
Data Transfer: Zapier sends this information to The Conrad App via a secure webhook.
Business Creation: Conrad receives the data and automatically creates a new business in your pipeline, ready for Lynk to handle.
Step-by-Step Setup Guide
Step 1: Sign Up for Zapier
Go to zapier.com and create a free account if you don't already have one
Zapier offers a free tier that includes a limited number of tasks per month, which may be sufficient for getting started
For higher volume lead processing, consider upgrading to a paid Zapier plan
Step 2: Access the Zapier Setup Link
The Conrad App integration with Zapier is invite-only. You'll need to access it through a special setup link in The Conrad App.
Open The Conrad App on your device
Tap the menu
Navigate to Integrations
Select Zapier
Click the Setup Link or Connect to Zapier button
This will open Zapier in your browser and take you directly to the Zap creation page with The Conrad App pre-selected
Note: If you're not already logged into Zapier, you'll be prompted to sign in or create a Zapier account first.
Step 3: Create Your Zap
Once you're in Zapier via the setup link, you can give your Zap a name and begin configuration.
Give your Zap a descriptive name (e.g., "Facebook Leads to Conrad" or "Website Form to Conrad")
Click "Continue" to proceed to the trigger setup
Step 4: Set Up Your Trigger
The trigger is the event that starts your Zap. This will be the lead source you want to connect to Conrad.
In the "Trigger" section, search for and select your lead source app (e.g., "Facebook Lead Ads", "Gravity Forms", "Zillow", etc.)
Select the trigger event (usually "New Lead" or "New Form Submission")
Connect your account for that service and authorize Zapier to access it
Configure any additional trigger settings (e.g., select which form or lead ad to monitor)
Test your trigger to make sure Zapier can successfully receive data from your lead source
Step 5: Set Up the Conrad Action
Now you'll configure the action that creates the business in Conrad. Since you used the setup link from The Conrad App, it may already be pre-selected as the action.
Click the "+" button to add an action step (if not already added)
Verify that "Conrad" or "The Conrad App" is selected as the app
Choose "Create Business" as the action event
Click "Continue"
Step 6: Connect Your Conrad Account
Zapier will prompt you to connect your Conrad account. You'll need your Secret Key, which you can find on the same Zapier integration page in The Conrad App.
When Zapier prompts you to connect, click "Sign in" or "Connect"
Return to The Conrad App (Menu → Integrations → Zapier)
On this same page, you'll see your Secret Key. If you haven't created one yet, click Create new key
Copy the Secret Key
Return to Zapier and paste your Secret Key into the connection dialog
Click "Yes, Continue" to authorize the connection
Once connected successfully, click "Continue" to proceed to field mapping
Important: Keep this Secret Key confidential. Anyone with access to this key can create businesses in your Conrad account. If compromised, revoke it and generate a new one from the same location.
Step 7: Map Your Fields
Now you'll map the data from your lead source to the Conrad fields. Zapier will show you the available fields from The Conrad App that you can populate with data from your trigger.
The Conrad App will present you with fields to fill in. Here's what each field is for and how to map them:
For each Conrad field, click in the input box
Select the corresponding field from your trigger data (Zapier will show you available fields from the trigger you set up in Step 4)
For fields that don't have a direct match in your trigger, you can either leave them blank or enter static text
Example mapping for a Facebook Lead Ad:
firstName → First Name (from Facebook)
lastName → Last Name (from Facebook)
email → Email (from Facebook)
phone → Phone Number (from Facebook)
leadSource → Static text: "Facebook Lead Ads"
Step 8: Test Your Integration
Click "Test & Continue" in Zapier
Zapier will send a test request to Conrad
Check your Conrad App to verify that a new business was created with the test data
If the test fails, check the error message and verify your API key, URL, and field mappings
Step 9: Turn On Your Zap
Once your test is successful, click "Publish" or "Turn on Zap"
Your integration is now live and will automatically create businesses in Conrad whenever new leads come in
