We work really hard to package items so that they survive all of that bumpy transit - however, if you receive a damaged or defective item please email us at divas@thedatingdivas within 10 days of receiving your box so that we can make it right for you! We may need to ask for pictures of the damage for reporting purposes so please don't throw anything away before contacting us.
