To process a return, click this link to access the MDbio Return Center portal. Enter your Order Number and the email address associated with your order. To review our return policy, click on "View Return Policy" below "Find Your Order".
After populating your info, you will then have the option to choose with product to return (for multiple orders). Select your order and click on "Next" below.
Choose the reason for the return on the next page.
After choosing the reason for the return, you'll see a page to review your return.
Once submitted, your request will be reviewed by our Returns team. Once reviewed, you will receive an email with further instructions.
Once approved, shipping instructions will be sent. Once you have successfully shipped the product, enter the tracking details on the Return Center portal.
