Start taking 2 softgels per day. Titrate up to maximum of 3 softgels per day if you need to, and you can titrate down to at least 1 softgel a day if you are experiencing adverse effects.
Note that it is not advisable to take MDbio products on an empty stomach, at least, have a spoonful of yogurt, cracker, sandwich, etc.
