You can take more softgels when you feel the effects are wearing off. Gradually increase dosage to a maximum of (3) three softgels per day, for optimal results.
Note that it is not advisable to take MDbio products on an empty stomach, at least, have a spoonful of yogurt, cracker, sandwich, etc.
