We understand that our website is not always easy to use. We have received a lot of feedback about frustrations with the subscription system, and believe us, it has frustrated us more!
We are implementing changes on the site to give you more control over the frequency of shipments, and visibility into when orders ship.
If you have a subscription order that you were not able to cancel before it was shipped out please contact us and we will resolve the issue promptly.
If you would like to cancel your subscription service, here are the instructions you will need to follow:
We do not have an automatic sign up for an auto shipment. This would have been a selection you made when checking out. We do offer a 10% discount for subscription orders when you select to have the products sent either shipped every 30 days, or every 60 days.
Here are the instructions you will need to cancel your subscription orders:
1. Login to your account on The Dr. Ardis Show using this Login Link
2. Click on "My Subscriptions"
3. Find the subscription you would like to pause or cancel
4. Click on "Order Details"
5. Click on "Actions"
6. Click Pause or Cancel Subscription
7. Once this is complete you will receive an email notification confirming your subscription has been canceled.
While we may not have been able to cancel the order prior to it shipping out, you can still return the shipment for a full refund. If you would like to do so here are the return instructions:
Please send your return via tracked shipping such as USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. If you reject the shipment or use "Return to Sender" there is no guarantee that we will receive the package back. If we do not receive the package back with all items sealed in the original packaging, we will not issue a refund.
Please write your name and order number on the outside of the package.

Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once you have a tracking number forward it to firstname.lastname@example.org
Once we have received your return we will process your refund. It takes 5-10 business days after processing the refund for it to reflect on your account.
