By consenting to The Dr. Ardis Show’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of The Dr. Ardis Show through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Return Policy - ArdisLabs Products
Our return policy for all products allows customers to return unopened items within 365 days of the purchase date. Returns & refunds will not be accepted or given outside of this time frame.

A pre-paid shipping label can be provided upon request. We will deduct the refund amount by $7.00 USD to cover the cost of the shipping label. Customers can also ship the return to us via their preferred method.
Members of the Ardis Club Experience receive free returns on all orders made under an active membership plan.
We strongly recommend all returns be shipped with a tracked shipping method. If a shipment is marked "Return to Sender" we are not guaranteed to receive it back. If we do not receive an order back, we cannot refund the order.
Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund within 7 business days.
Refunds can take 5-10 days to be reflected on the credit card or payment method.
Please note that we do not accept returns of opened vitamins & supplements or items that have been used.
If the return is due to our mistake, or for damage products, ArdisLabs will cover the cost of the return shipping.
ArdisLabs Supplement and Product Subscriptions
By subscribing to our program, you agree to receive recurring shipments of our product at the frequency you have selected at the time of sign-up.
Billing for subscription orders will occur on the same day each month, based on the date of the initial purchase.
We require at least 5 business days' notice prior to the next scheduled shipment date in order to process a cancellation or change to your subscription. This notice can be given by emailing our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org or by using the live chat, or contact us form in your account management portal.
If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to receive any already-paid-for shipments but you will no longer be billed or shipped any additional products.

Membership Cost and Duration
The cost of the The Ardis Club Experience Membership Subscription program is $199.99 per year or $19.99 per month. The membership subscription will be billed to your credit card annually or monthly, depending on the payment plan you choose.
Your membership subscription will be valid for the length of the subscription term, either one year or one month, depending on the payment plan you choose.
You may cancel your membership subscription at any time. To cancel, please log in to your account on the website (www.thedrardisshow.com) and follow the instructions provided. If you cancel your membership subscription, you will continue to have access to the membership benefits until the end of the subscription term.
There are no refunds for the membership fee after 72 hours from the date of purchase.
