If you need any help with our Discord server or require support from The Fabricant team, you can raise a ticket in our ‘Support’ Channel.

How to Raise a Ticket:

  • On the left hand side of the server, click on the ‘Support’ channel

  • This will then open the screen (shown in the screenshot below) and you will be asked to open a ticket by clicking on the envelope emoji:

  • You will then see an update on the screen confirming that a ticket has been raised for you (as per the screenshot below):

  • In your ticket please make sure that you include:

    • Summary of the issue

    • What device (e.g desktop or mobile) and browser you are using (e.g Chrome)

    • Discord username (including the numbers)

    • Public wallet address (if necessary for your issue)

  • One of The Fabricant team will then be in touch with you ASAP (usually within 24 hours)
