Yes, Kitchen Administrators can allow 30-minute booking increments in Kitchen Settings. 

Go to Kitchen Settings > Calendars > Scheduling Settings > Choose 60 or 30 minute booking increment > Save.

This setting will be applied to ALL calendars. The default setting is hourly bookings.

Note: You will also need to change the calendar minimum booking time to 0.5 hours to capture the 30-minute increment bookings.
