I’m having trouble logging in. What should I do?

  • Reset your password by clicking “Forgot Password” on the login page.

Can I freeze or cancel my membership?

  • Yes, you can suspend or cancel your membership through the “Memberships” section in your Momence account.

How do I purchase a class package or subscription?

  • Visit our booking platform and select the package or subscription you want. Complete the checkout process to add it to your account.

Do I need to bring anything to class?

  • All tools and mats are provided, but feel free to bring your own SoleMate or hacky sack.
