For Customers Outside the US:

  1. Go to our home page at www.thefootcollective.com.

  2. Open the chatbot located in the bottom-right corner of your screen.

  3. Select ‘Order Status’ and enter your order number and email

  4. Click on your Order to open the tracking page

  5. Click on your underlined order tracking number to get a live update from the delivery service

For Customers in the US:

Steps to Track Your Order:

  1. Check Your Tracking Information:

    • Head to your email inbox and locate your Shipping Confirmation email

    • Double-check your tracking details to ensure everything is correct.

    • Small errors in tracking numbers or addresses can sometimes cause delays.

  2. Contact Us for Help:

    • If your tracking information looks correct but you’re still experiencing issues, reach out to us directly via email at info@thefootcollective.com.

    • Our team will investigate any delays and work quickly to resolve the issue.

    • For the fastest response, use the chatbot to get in touch with us.
