I have a specific condition, will this help?
While this program is designed to restore natural foot function and it will help resolve common foot and ankle issues, every case is unique, and there may be other factors that need to be addressed. So for any specific condition or diagnosis, we always recommend joining the Explorer Community or seeing a qualified TFC Health Professional in tandem with the program.
Do I need any physical tools for this program?
Nope. All of the exercises and routines have been designed without tools to make this accessible to all.
However, some simple tools can make the journey easier and more enjoyable.
You can check out our full range here or try some of these cost-effective alternatives.
No mobility ball? Try a tennis ball. A balled up pair of socks can double as a hacky sack. And a strip of tape on the ground is a great place to start if you don't have a SoleMate.
What is the money back guarantee?
If you complete the program and find no improvement in your foot health, we will give you your money back.
What is the time commitment?
On average you will need to commit 2-4 hours per week in Phase 1 (6 weeks) and 3-6 hours per week in Phase 2 (6 weeks). This estimate accounts for all education (through audio lessons) and training content (exercise tutorials / routines) as well as the prescribed walking duration for each training day.
There are built-in rest and recovery days in the program, as well as flexibility as to if/when you consume the audio lessons or bonus modules that are available, hence the weekly estimate.
The program is also designed to gradually progress in terms of training and walking volume, hence the gradually increasing time commitment throughout the two phases.
What data do I need to submit to get a refund?
We appreciate your interest and value your questions regarding data submission.
Participants in the program will be asked to track data to complete questionnaires that follow a research model known as the FADI (Foot and Ankle Disability) index. The FADI Index was designed in 1999 by researches to assess functional limitations related to foot and ankle conditions.
This process for participants in our program will include self-assessments of their pain throughout the program, along with tracking and sharing the duration of time they trained and walked each day. They would also submit details about their age and gender. The data will be collected through online assessment questionnaires hosted within The Foot Collective app at week 1 (before starting), week 6 (halfway) and week 12 (end).
All of this data will be stored securely on an internal database, and no personal information connecting a participant with their results would ever be shared publicly. The primary purpose of this data collection is to prove with quantitative data that our program is effective in helping participants improve the function of their lower body and reduce pain.
