On average you will need to commit 2-4 hours per week in Phase 1 (6 weeks) and 3-6 hours per week in Phase 2 (6 weeks). This estimate accounts for all education (through audio lessons) and training content (exercise tutorials / routines) as well as the prescribed walking duration for each training day.
There are built-in rest and recovery days in the program, as well as flexibility as to if/when you consume the audio lessons or bonus modules that are available, hence the weekly estimate.
The program is also designed to gradually progress in terms of training and walking volume, hence the gradually increasing time commitment throughout the two phases.
