We appreciate your interest and value your questions regarding data submission.

Participants in the Foot Restoration Program will be asked to track data to complete questionnaires that follow a research model known as the FADI (Foot and Ankle Disability) index. The FADI Index was designed in 1999 by researches to assess functional limitations related to foot and ankle conditions.

This process for participants in our program will include self-assessments of their pain throughout the program, along with tracking and sharing the duration of time they trained and walked each day. They would also submit details about their age and gender. The data will be collected through online assessment questionnaires hosted within The Foot Collective app at week 1 (before starting), week 6 (halfway) and week 12 (end).

All of this data will be stored securely on an internal database, and no personal information connecting a participant with their results would ever be shared publicly. The primary purpose of this data collection is to prove with quantitative data that our program is effective in helping participants improve the function of their lower body and reduce pain.
