What is TFC’s Event Cancellation Policy?

At The Foot Collective, we understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy balances flexibility for attendees with fairness to our event operations.

1. Cancellations & Refunds

  • More than 30 days before the event – Full refund.

  • 14 to 30 days before the event – 50% refund or a full store credit (Discount Code)

  • Less than 14 days before the event – No refunds, but you may transfer your ticket to someone else.

  • Internal Process - If someone reaches out with an “Unfortunate Circumstance” discuss internally by escalating to Tam (or Mac if Tam is away). If approved, then provide the customer with a store credit (Discount Code)

2. Transfers & Rescheduling

If you can no longer attend, you are welcome to transfer your registration to another person at no extra cost. Please email info@thefootcollective.com at least 48 hours before the event to update attendee details.

3. Event Cancellations by TFC

In the rare event that TFC cancels or reschedules an event, you will be offered the choice of:

  • A full refund, or

  • A credit toward a future TFC Event.

4. No-Show Policy

If you do not attend the event without prior notice, no refunds or credits will be issued.

5. Special Circumstances

If you need to cancel due to medical emergencies, extreme weather, or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us at info@thefootcollective.com, and we will assess a store credit on a case-by-case basis.
