How do I get access if I bought through a retailer?
To gain access to the training program, please reply to this email (or write to info@thefootcollective.com) with proof of your SoleMate purchase. Proof of purchase can include any of the following:
A photo of your product
The name of the business/individual you purchased from
Your order receipt (if available)
Once verified, we’ll email you your training access.
Do I need to buy anything else?
No. SoleMate Training is included with every SoleMate and SoleMate Kit — for life.

I’m gifting a SoleMate or SoleMate Kit or buying for multiple people — how does training access work for someone else?
Each SoleMate and SoleMate Kit purchase includes training access
If you bought for someone else, reply to your order email once the order has been gifted with the recipient’s full name and email, so we can set up their unique access under their email
If you purchased multiple SoleMates on one order, access can be set up for the same number of people as units purchased. Just share with them your unique link, and they can set up their accounts. This is automatically capped at the number of SoleMates you have purchased
