Check out these simple steps to redirect your parcel to the correct place.

Oops, did you accidentally enter the wrong delivery address? While we can't go back in time and change what's already been sent out, we can try our best to redirect your parcel to your correct address.

Here's what you need to do:

  1. Reach out to us as soon as you notice the mistake by emailing us at info@thefootcollective.com The faster you let us know, the higher the chances of us being able to help you out.

  2. Sit back and relax while we do our thing. We'll contact the courier service and see if we can redirect your parcel to the correct address.

  3. Once we have an update, we'll let you know what the next steps are. Fingers crossed for a successful redirect!

As much as we love to help out our awesome customers, we do have to remind you that it's your responsibility to make sure you enter the correct shipping address. We can only do so much to speed up processing and shipping times, so please double-check your delivery details before placing your order.
