Order returned to sender, what should I do?

Oh no! Your package came back to us!

We're sorry to hear that your package was undeliverable. We know how much you were looking forward to it, and we want to help you get it as soon as possible.

When a carrier sends back an undeliverable package, we'll let you know about the additional shipping fees that may apply, so we can send it to you again. We'll send you an updated invoice and work on reshipping your order.

Please keep in mind, though, that returned packages take our standard 3-5 business day processing time before we can get it moving again. If you need your package faster than that, we suggest placing a new order and we'll refund the original order minus any fees we incurred.
