At TFC, we prioritize customer satisfaction and stand by the quality of our products. If you receive a TFC product that is faulty or develops an issue within 12 months of purchase, simply reach out to us via email at info@thefootcollective.com.

Include your order number, a photo of the product, and confirmation of your shipping address. Upon receiving your email, we will arrange for a replacement item to be sent out to you.
