What is TFC’s Replacement Guarantee?

If something breaks or is faulty within 12 months of purchase, we'll replace it for free. Just email us and we'll sort it out!

At The Foot Collective (TFC), we stand by the quality of our products and prioritize your satisfaction. Here’s what our Replacement Guarantee covers:

Standard Replacement Guarantee:

  • If your TFC product is faulty, breaks or develops an issue within 12 months of purchase, we’ll replace it.

  • To request a replacement:

    1. Send an email to info@thefootcollective.com.

    2. Include:

      • Your order number

      • A photo of the product

      • Confirmation of your shipping address

  • Once we receive your email, we’ll arrange for a replacement item to be sent out to you free of charge.

Lifetime Warranty for TFC Balance Beams:

  • Our TFC Balance Beams comes with a lifetime warranty.

  • If your Balance Beam is faulty or develops an issue at any point after purchase, follow the same steps as above to request a replacement.

  • Please note, this lifetime warranty does not cover cork cradles, which fall under the 12-month guarantee.
