How do I return my TFC product?

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so we’ve made our return process as simple as possible. Here’s how it works:

Return Requirements:

  • The product must be in its original, unused condition.

    This means:

    • No dirt

    • No smell

    • No signs of wear and tear

    • Original packaging in like new condition

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of Wild Toes (toe separators)

Return Timeline:

If you contact us regarding the return:

  • Within 60 days of purchase: You can return the product for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).

  • Between 60 and 90 days: We’ll issue store credit instead of a refund.

  • Beyond 90 days: Unfortunately, returns are no longer accepted.

How to Start a Return:

  1. Send an email to info@thefootcollective.com.

  2. Include the following details:

    • Order number

    • Product being returned

    • Reason for the return

    • Image of product in like new condition

  3. Shipping Costs:

    • If the product is faulty, damaged or you simply change your mind, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
