How do I return my TFC product?

Did you receive your TFC product and it's just not quite what you were after? That’s cool, we get it, sometimes things just don’t go to plan!

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so we offer a simple return policy. Just make sure the product is in its original condition - no dirt, no smell, and definitely no outdoor wear and tear.

If it's been less than 60 days since you made your purchase, you can return the product for a full refund (minus shipping costs). After 60 days, we'll have to give you store credit instead. And unfortunately, we can't accept returns that are more than 90 days old.

To start a return, just send an email to info@thefootcollective.com and let us know your order number, the product you're returning, and why you're returning it. If the product is faulty or damaged, we'll cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, the shipping cost will be passed on to you.
