What is TFC’s Return Policy?
What is TFC’s Return Policy?
Updated over a week ago

At The Foot Collective (TFC), our return policy is simple and customer-focused. If the products you purchased don’t fit or don’t meet your expectations, you can return them for a full product refund. We even cover return shipping costs in certain situations! Here’s what you need to know:

Key Return Policy Details:

  1. Condition for Returns:

    • Products must be in new, re-sellable condition.

    • This means no dirt, smell, or signs of outdoor wear and tear.

    • If you wouldn’t be happy receiving the product as new, it’s unlikely we can accept it as a return.

    • Please note: for hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of Wild Toes (Toe Spreaders).

  2. Return Timeline:

    • Contact us within 60 days from the purchase date to request a return.

    • If you contact us after 60 days but before 90 days, we’ll issue store credit instead of a refund to your original payment method.

    • Returns won’t be accepted beyond 90 days from the purchase date.

  3. Who Pays for Shipping on Returns?

    • If your item arrived damaged, faulty or you simply had a change of heart about the product, rest assured that we will cover the cost of return shipping for you.

  4. How to Initiate a Return:

    • Send an email to info@thefootcollective.com.

    • Include your order number, details of the product you’re returning, and the reason for the return.

    • We’ll provide you with a return label if applicable.

Our Promise:

We aim to ensure every customer is happy with their purchase. While our policy helps us maintain quality standards, we approach each return request individually to provide the best possible resolution.
