How do I use my toe separators & resistance band (Wild Toes)?

Are you ready to spread your toes and have some fun?

Wild Toes includes 2 silicone toe separators (one for each foot) and a toe resistance band.

We recommend starting by wearing your toe separators for 10-15 minutes at a time and gradually building up from there.

The toe band can be looped around your big toes like the picture below & you can find more exercises within our Foot Training System inside our free digital community (find out how to access this here).

Toe Resistance Bands

With Wild Toes, you can even wear them in your shoes! Just make sure your shoes have a wide toe box to allow for maximum splay.

But beware, wearing Wild Toes in narrow shoes might not be the best idea. Not only will it be uncomfortable, but it won't do much for your toe splay.

Most importantly, we recommend using the toe separators in combination with active exercises, to see real progress. That’s why we include the toe resistance band and access to our Foot Training System with every purchase.
