Rescheduling or Canceling Your SoleMate Session Booking

If you need to reschedule or cancel your booked class at TFC, follow these simple steps:

  1. Visit Your Booking Confirmation Email: Look for the confirmation email you received after booking your session. This email contains all the details about your upcoming class. Be sure to check your spam folder.

  2. Click the Reschedule or Cancel Link: In the email, you'll find a specific link that allows you to manage your booking. Click on this link to proceed.

  3. Choose Your Option: Once you're on the booking management page, you'll have the option to reschedule your session to a different date and time that suits you better, or cancel your booking if necessary.

  4. Confirmation: After making changes, you'll receive a confirmation email with updated details regarding your booking status.
