How to Reschedule or Cancel a Booking

If you can’t make it to a class or consult, you can cancel through Momence.

Steps to Reschedule or Cancel:

You cannot directly reschedule your appointments online through the Momence platform. You can cancel your appointments on their own, either from a mobile device or a desktop, but to reschedule, please contact bookings@thefootcollective.com to make the necessary changes.

To cancel an appointment, follow these steps:

  1. Log In to Momence

    • Visit our booking platform and log in.

      • From Mobile: Log in to the Momence app, view upcoming appointments, and use the red cancel button.

      • From Desktop: Log in to the Momence website, view upcoming appointments, and use the dropdown menu to find and select the cancel button

  2. Find Your Booking

    • Go to “My Classes” or “My Appointments” to see your upcoming appointments or classes.

  3. Cancel

    • Select the session you want to cancel and follow the prompts to cancel.

Key Notes:

  • Check your booking confirmation email for cancellation policies.

  • Some cancellations may not be refundable depending on the time frame.
