We understand that plans can change! Here’s how to manage your class or consult booking:
Rescheduling
At this time, appointments cannot be rescheduled directly through the Momence platform.
To reschedule, please contact our team at bookings@thefootcollective.com and we’ll make the changes for you.
Cancelling
You can cancel your appointment yourself through Momence, either on mobile or desktop:
From Mobile (App):
Open the Momence app and log in.
Go to Upcoming Appointments.
Tap the red Cancel button next to the session you’d like to cancel.
From Desktop (Website):
Log in to Momence.
Navigate to My Classes or My Appointments.
Use the dropdown menu next to your booking and select Cancel.
Important Notes
Please review your confirmation email for cancellation policies.
Refunds may not be available if cancellations occur outside the allowed time frame.
