Do you run in-person classes and how do I book?

TFC runs in-person classes called SoleMate Sessions, designed to enhance natural foot function, balance, and overall lower limb health.

Led by qualified health professionals at our Grange (Queensland) movement studio, each session incorporates our TFC SoleMate and other effective training tools.

During these sessions, you'll learn essential skills and practices that you can continue at home to maintain your progress.

Booking Your Session

To book your SoleMate Session, click this link and choose from options like a single session, a package of 5 sessions, or 10 sessions. Select your preferred date and time for your first session.

After booking, you'll receive a confirmation email containing all the details about your upcoming session. This email will also include a link where you can manage your booking, reschedule or cancel sessions, and book additional sessions if you've purchased a multi-session package.
