Refund Options
We offer two refund options:
1. Original payment method
2. Voucher code
Valid for 6 months from the date it's created.
It can be used on our website or app only. It won't work in retail stores.
You need to make sure you're signed in with the same email address used to place the original order when redeeming it.
Voucher refunds can be returned to the original payment method, provided the voucher was issued no more than three months ago.
Refunds for COD orders are issued as a voucher code only.
Refund Timelines
Original payment method: 7–10 working days after we process the refund. Exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
Voucher code: Can be sent immediately as soon as our courier picks up your returned item.
Return Refunds
Once your return is collected, we'll start the refund as soon as your item arrives at our warehouse and passes our quality check.
Order Cancellation Refunds
The timeline for your refund depends on where your order is in the delivery process when you cancel:
If your order hasn't been shipped yet: Your order is canceled immediately and your refund is processed right away.
If your order has already been shipped: We'll raise a request with our courier to intercept the shipment. A cancellation is not guaranteed, but if successful:
Your refund will be processed once the item is back at our warehouse.
Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
