Vape Products: Clogs, leaks, airflow


  • When using vape products, sometimes you can run into issues with clogging, leaking, or other miscellaneous problems! This is really common with vape products, so we have a few tips, tricks, and recommendations on how to use, store, and fix the device.

    • We always recommend taking low, slow hits from all of our vape devices to prevent distillate from shifting up in the chamber and clogging the airway, which could happen if you inhale too quickly or during a long hit.

    • Always keep your device upright at all times, this can also help prevent the distillate from shifting which could create clogs or leaks.

    • It is also best to keep your device in a cool or room temperature area, as keeping it somewhere hot, like a car or in your pocket, for an extended period of time can lead to issues with the device

  • If you are sure to take all of these steps to prevent issues with the device and it still gets clogged, to try and troubleshoot this, we suggest applying a low amount of heat, such as a hair dryer on the lowest setting, for approximately 15-30 second intervals, and seeing if that helps to unclog the device. If it is unclogged, you should be able to take hits slowly to clear the airway. If there is any visible distillate blocking the airway, you can take a small pin to clear it away. If there is any sticky residue, you can apply rubbing alcohol to a cotton swab to clean it away, make sure to wipe away any excess and dry thoroughly before using the device again.


Vapes and Batteries


  • Having issues trying to get your device working and you are sure it is fully charged? Worry not! Several of our products, such as our Phuk'd Up vapes and 900mah eGo-T stick batteries have buttons to activate them prior to usage, as they are not always turned on prior to being shipped out (though some may be).

  • 900mah Battery: We try to include a sticker on each stick battery that includes instructions on how to turn this little device on! Unfortunately, they may fall off sometimes, leaving you (the user), with a turned off device. To turn the device on, you will need to click the button 5 times rapidly, once is has turned on, it should blink to indicate that it is functioning. There are three heat settings on this battery green (low), blue (moderate), and red (high); to adjust the heat setting, click the button 3 times and it will flash to the adjusted setting!

  • Phuk'd Up Vape: When you are attempting to use the device, you may notice that when you hold down the button, it does not light up, but when you go to charge the device, the light does stay on. This is because the device is not turned on! To turn the Phuk'd Up vape on, you will need to click the button 5 times quickly, and make sure that it is fully clicked each time. Holding the button down for an extended period will not turn the device on, it must be 5 separate clicks. Once the device turns on, the light should blink 3 times, and then when you hold the button down the light will stay lit, and you can then use it to get ~Phuk'd Up~. There are also two heat settings on the vape, a low and high, which can be adjusted by clicking the button 3 times rather than 5! We have a great video uploaded on our YouTube channel with instructions on how to use the device, featuring our owner, in case you are wanting some verbal directions for this.
