How the 7-day free trial works
The 7-day free trial gives you full access to The Invest Nest's Premium features. Here's exactly how it works so there are no surprises.
When the trial starts
Your trial begins the moment you enter your credit card and click Start Trial on the checkout page. Your card is not charged at this point. We just verify it's a real card so the trial can convert smoothly if you decide to keep going.
You can confirm your trial is active by going to Settings → Billing. You'll see "Trial" listed as your current plan along with the date your trial ends.
What you get during the trial
During the 7 days, you have access to almost everything Premium users have:
Full property search across the U.S.
All filters (Nest Leads + the All Filters drawer)
Save properties to lists
Import your own lists
Use the deal pipeline
Cash flow and ROI calculators
Owner contact info via skip trace
A few limits apply during trial:
25 skip traces total (Premium gets 500/month)
100 leads max in saved lists (Premium gets 5,000 a month)
List imports draw from the same 100-lead allowance, so a large file imports up to your remaining allowance
When you get charged
On Day 7, if you haven't cancelled, your card is automatically charged for your first month of Premium. That charge starts your monthly billing cycle. The next charge will be 30 days later.
If you cancel any time before Day 7, your card is never charged.
How to cancel before you get charged
Go to Settings → Billing.
Click View Subscription.
Click Cancel Trial at the bottom of the plan comparison.
Confirm.
Your trial stays active for the remaining days, but no charge will happen on Day 7. After Day 7, your account drops to the Free plan.
What happens if you let the trial convert
If you do nothing on Day 7, your card is charged and you become a Premium customer. Everything you saved during the trial stays exactly where it is:
All saved properties
All your lists
Your deal pipeline and stages
Skip trace results you've already pulled
Your settings and profile
Nothing resets. You just gain the higher monthly limits.
What if my card declines on Day 7?
Stripe auto-retries declined cards a few times over a few days. During that retry window, your access can be a little glitchy. If all retries fail, your subscription is cancelled and you drop to the Free plan. You can re-subscribe at any time.
If you know your card is going to fail (expired, lost, etc.), update it before Day 7 in Settings → Billing → Edit Payment Method.
