Skip tracing finds a property owner's contact information. You can skip trace one owner or a whole list.
Skip trace one property
Open the property and click Skip trace. You can also click Skip trace this owner in the owner section.
Skip trace a whole list
Open a list, select the properties you want, and click Skip trace selected. Properties you've already skip traced, and ones without a full address, are left out, so you don't pay twice.
Have your own list? Import it from Leads, then skip trace it the same way.
What you get
Phone numbers, with mobile or landline when known, the year each was last seen, whether it belongs to the owner or a resident, and an activity score
Do-not-call flags: a DNC tag next to any number our data provider flags as on the National Do Not Call Registry
Email addresses
The owner's mailing address, often different from the property for absentee owners
Age and gender, when available
Linked properties: other properties tied to the same owner
What a skip trace costs
You're charged one skip trace when the owner is found, even if only a few details come back. If no owner is found, or the skip trace fails, it costs nothing, and the app tells you so.
Your skip traces
Trial: 25 skip traces in total.
Premium: 500 skip traces included every billing period. They refill on your billing date.

Need more on Premium? Click Buy now in the sidebar or in Your wallet. Extra skip traces are 10 cents each, in amounts of 100, 500, or 2,500, and they never expire.
Using the data
The data is for your own real estate business: finding, evaluating, and contacting property owners. You're responsible for following TCPA rules and Do Not Call lists. Our Terms of Service don't allow sharing or reselling the data.
