Search finds properties anywhere in the US and narrows them down to the leads you want to work.
Start a search
Click Search in the left sidebar, or Start a search on your Home page. When you sign in, Search opens on your last search.
Type a city, county, ZIP code, neighborhood, address, or APN into the search box, then pick it from the list. Choose Current Location to search within 50 miles of where you are.
A single address shows that one property. A place, like a city or a ZIP code, shows every property there and turns on the filters.
Nest Leads
The row of chips under the search box finds motivated sellers and other leads:

Click a chip to turn it on, and hover over it to see what it means. Combine as many chips as you like, along with any filter.
Find cash buyers
Search a city or county, then click Cash Buyer for properties whose last purchase was paid in cash, or Investor Buyer for cash purchases by an investor or absentee owner.
To find buyers who own several properties, open All filters, then Owner & occupancy, and set Properties owned. To see recent purchases, set Last sale date under Listing status (MLS).
Filters
Next to the search box:
Property types: single-family, multi-family, land, condo, mobile, or other
Price: a range of estimated value
All filters: everything, in six groups
The six groups in All filters:
Owner & occupancy: vacant, absentee owner, owner location and type, bought with cash, owner recently deceased, inherited, years owned, properties owned
Value & equity: estimated value, equity in dollars or percent, high equity, underwater, tax delinquent year
Mortgage & debt: no mortgage, mortgage balance, assumable, adjustable rate, private lender, loan type, number of open mortgages
Distress & foreclosure: pre-foreclosure, foreclosure, or auction, with notice type, dates, and opening bid, plus tax lien and judgment
Listing status (MLS): active, pending, sold, or cancelled, plus last sale date and price
The property itself: home type, beds, baths, square footage, lot size, year built, stories, units, HOA, pool, garage, basement
To apply them, click the button at the bottom. It shows how many properties match, like View 1,240 properties. Your filters show as tags above the results. Click the X on a tag to remove that filter.
Your results
Results show next to the map. On a phone, swipe up to see them.
Sort by estimated equity or estimated value, high to low or low to high.
Page through with the arrows under the results. Per page shows 10, 15, 25, 50, or 100 at a time.
Click any result, or any pin on the map, to open the property.
Save results to a list
To save everything you found, click the save button above your results. It shows your count, like Save all 250 to my list. To save only some, tick the ones you want and click Save 25 selected (with your number).
Then choose New list and give it a name, or pick an Existing list, and confirm.
Each property you save uses one lead save: you get 100 on a trial and 5,000 every billing period on Premium. One save can hold as many properties as you have lead saves left. Your saved lists are on the Leads page.
