The LODE Association is an Establishment, similar to a foundation. 

The LODE Association is in the process of getting operational in Switzerland. 

The LODE Association has no shareholders and never will,  only Token Holders with profits going to the Token Holders. 

The LODE Association has a Board of Directors (up to 5 persons) who have control over decisions and a 10 person Advisory Council (SPAC) which is selected from the Service Providers Alliance (SPA). These boards are currently being formed, and once in place, the details will be shared with the community. Governance will continue to evolve for LODE Token holders over time. 

INTERFIX Corporation,  LODE Community Project Developer, is to be a wholly owned operating subsidiary of The Lode Association and will continue to be responsible for certain communities objectives in connection with AGX Coin operations.
