2. LODE ID number.

3. Desktop model or mobile device used.

4. Make sure you have the Latest O/S version loaded on your device.

5. A detailed description of your problem, so our support team can duplicate and resolve the issue.

6. Provide screen shots or screen recordings whenever possible.
