This is a race-date aligned training program built around a structured and proven periodization model, designed specifically for competitive doubles teams. Whether your event is 2 or 5 months away, we adjust your entry point within the program, ensuring your Peak Week and Pre-Race phase align precisely with your competition date.

When both teammates are registered, the program includes coordinated pacing guidelines, role strategy frameworks, and shared performance tracking to optimize your combined output on race day.

Team Access & Requirements

  • Both athletes should be registered in the app to:

    • Track results individually

    • Log workouts

    • Receive feedback

    • Get accurate race-day customization

  • If only one member registers, full program functionality and coaching support are limited
