I’m Tiago Lousa. If you take performance seriously - HYROX, hybrid fitness,

endurance-strength - and you’re tired of generic plans that ignore your schedule, your recovery, and your data, this was built for you.

What The Lousa Way 1:1 is Not a template. Not occasional check-ins. This is fully individualized coaching, backed by a system I’ve developed and refined with athletes at every level - from first-timers through to Elite performers, including Alexander Roncevic.

You work directly with a dedicated coach. Every week, you submit your availability before Thursday. Your coach then builds or adjusts the week around your schedule, fatigue, travel, work, and the data coming in from training. You stay in weekly contact - voice note, call, or email - so the plan isn’t just written, it’s actively coached.

A team behind every athlete

You’ll be coached by one of our six HYROX-certified coaches, each trained and mentored directly by me. This is a team I have built with great care over the years, shaped through shared experience in coaching, athlete support, competition, race environments, training camps, and in-person development. I work only with coaches I trust to represent the standards, philosophy, and

level of excellence that define The Lousa Way.

Our coaching team operates in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, with coaches currently based in Portugal, Spain, Brazil, and Colombia. As the brand continues to grow internationally, we are also onboarding three additional coaches based in Australia, Switzerland, and Mexico, further strengthening our ability to support athletes across different regions, languages, and performance environments. Every plan follows my methodology.

To keep the standard high:

• Every athlete’s plan is co-reviewed and aligned with me

• Coaches meet weekly with me to review athlete progress

• Programming decisions are refined collectively

• The methodology stays consistent across all levels

You get the attention of an individual coach, backed by the thinking of a high-performance team.

Coaching depth, not just programming

Each coach invests 2.5 hours per week per athlete — around 10 hours a month. That time covers individual programming, session analysis, athlete communication, strategic planning, and ongoing adjustments. Real oversight. Real accountability.

Fully individualized programming

Your plan is built around your benchmarks: running pace, ski and row splits, strength markers, race performances, and whatever else matters for your goals. It evolves with you — based on performance trends, session feedback, recovery and fatigue, lifestyle, and upcoming races.

Key sessions are reviewed and analyzed every week.

Tools and communication

Everything runs through TrainingPeaks: structured sessions, full detail, long-term tracking.

Running sessions sync directly to your smartwatch. Day-to-day communication happens on

WhatsApp or email, with feedback logged in TrainingPeaks so your coach can keep evolving the

plan.
