Eligibility for Returns
Our return window lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.
Only unopened CBD products in their original condition are eligible for return within this timeframe.
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:
Gift cards
Certain health and personal care items
Any vape or inhalation products
Any THCa, Delta-8, Delta-9, or other THC products
