There are times where your account may go into manual review on sign up and a member of our verification team will be in touch. Not to worry, sometimes we may need to conduct extra checks to ensure the validity of your account.

Proof of your identity.

A passport, national identity card, driver’s license or other government-issued identification document with a clearly visible photograph, date of birth, signature (and if possible, address and nationality).

For any joint accounts, business or trust accounts we may ask for more than one photo ID (e.g. for multiple directors of a limited business).
