Usually when your ID verification has failed its because

· The document image is blurry – it needs to be a clear image for it to be readable. If your image is a little blurry or out of focus, please take another image.

  • The image has glare from a light source – Please re-take a photo in an area with balanced light and try again

  • The image is too dark - Please re-take a photo in an area with balanced light but do not use a camera flash and try uploading it again

  • The image is cropped – Your document needs to show all four corners without being cropped

  • Your image is too small – You can use the image adjuster before uploading your ID. You should zoom into the photo page as much as you can whilst still showing all four corners your document

  • You document is out of date – Only valid (in date) ID documents can be accepted

  • Your proof of Address doesn’t match your current address – Your proof of address document needs to match the address you entered into the system for it to be accepted
