Your CRM is capable of providing multiple scheduling types to serve different purposes.

Let's cover them one by one.

Personal Calendar

Personal Calendars allow you to organize your day while maintaining meetings closed and familiar, improving communication and trust overall. This is a simple calendar design for one-on-one meetings, virtual or in-person.

Round Robin

Round-robin calendars distribute appointments across several team members, ensuring that the appointment passes to the available one if a user is unavailable. When using this calendar users are placed in a ring and assigned to appointments sequentially. If you have a team taking meetings and want to distribute them equally this calendar is for you.

Class Booking

Class Calendars are designed to manage one-to-many events where multiple invitees can attend a single booking. These calendars are ideal for webinars, workshops, training sessions, and sports events. In a Class Calendar, there can only be one appointment owner, typically the trainer or host. The number of spots per slot can be set, with a maximum limit of 9,999 attendees, though meeting location limitations do apply.

Collective Booking

Collective Booking is a feature that enables scheduling meetings involving multiple team members simultaneously. It integrates individual team members' availability into a shared calendar, allowing for unified scheduling. This feature facilitates seamless group interactions, perfect for collaborative endeavors like sales calls, technical support, or group interviews.

Event Calendar

Event Calendars allow you to create and add physical events where no team member, in particular, is required for the event to occur, such as public seminars or expos. They simplify the registration process for clients and your business by allowing you to handle in-person events from your CRM.

Service Booking

A Service Calendar is a tailored calendar created to simplify the scheduling process of service-based businesses. In this type, users can create different services they offer, group them by categories, and display them in one scheduling link. Additionally, they allow you to list your services on Google My Business for easy appointment scheduling.
