The "Send SMS" bulk action empowers you to efficiently reach multiple contacts with a single message. Simply select the desired contacts within the Contacts tab, and click the "Send SMS" button to begin.
Review your selected contacts and proceed once you have confirmed your choices.
You may now compose a message from scratch or use a pre-saved template. This flexibility allows you to create customized communication or quickly deploy a message that you’ve already prepared.
For a personalized touch, consider adding custom fields such as first names, email addresses, or phone numbers directly into your text with ease. You can also enhance your message by including attachments or emojis for added emphasis.
Send All at Once
Select the "Send All at Once" feature to instantly send your message to all selected contacts. This option allows for rapid execution, ensuring timely communication with your audience.
Send at a Scheduled Time
Choose the "Send at a Scheduled Time" option to plan your message delivery at a specific date and time. This feature ensures that your communications are strategically timed for maximum impact. This feature allows for precise scheduling, ensuring your message reaches its audience at the optimal moment.
Send in Drip Mode
The "Send in Drip Mode" feature allows you to gradually send messages to your contact list in smaller batches over a specified period. This method helps manage responses more effectively and prevents overwhelming your audience. You can control the batch size, set intervals between batches, and schedule specific days and times for sending, ensuring a more targeted and manageable communication strategy.
Start On: Select the exact date and time for message delivery to your contacts to begin.
Batch Quantity: Specify the number of contacts to receive messages in each batch.
Repeat After: Choose the interval between each batch, ranging from seconds to days.
Send On: Select the specific days of the week to send each batch.
Process Between Hours (Optional): Define the time frame during which the batches should be sent.

Provide a description for the action, which will be displayed in the tracking report.

Queue the bulk action for sending according to your selected preferences.
