How to access, navigate & understand the Partner Portal

Welcome to the Partner Portal! This guide will help you access your portal, review your affiliates and sub-affiliates, manage your leads and customers, track commissions, and utilize available media resources.

Accessing the Partner Portal

  • Login to Your Account: Navigate to the 'Partner Portal' menu link.

  • Auto-Login: The system will auto-log you into the 'Partner Portal' (reach out through the support widget if you run into any issues logging in).

Navigate Your Portal

  • Dashboard: View your affiliate campaigns & grab your custom affiliate links.

  • Sub Affiliates: A Sub Affiliate is a customer you have signed up. Partner and Platinum Tiers earn commissions on their Sub Affiliate Sales. Customers are automatically added as a Sub Affiliate.

  • Leads/Customers: View Your Leads, Customers, Status' and Payments

  • Commissions: View Your Pending, Approved, Denied Commissions. Connect your PayPal Payout Method. View your Revenue Generated, Commissions Owed & Commissions Paid.

    • Pending: A payment has been made and the commission is waiting to be approved

    • Approved: A payment has been made, reviewed and approved for payout

    • Denied: A commission has been denied for one of the following reasons: the payment was refunded/disputed, the commission was assigned to the incorrect campaign or the customer payment amount is incorrect.

  • Media: Access the provided assets to help you resell.

Managing Referral Links

  • Sharing Links: Copy and share the link with potential users or clients, embed in funnels or websites to generate revenue.

  • Customize Link: Click "Customize Referral ID" to edit the ending of your links. Please note, the same ending currently cannot be used on multiple links, the ending must be unique to each link.

Reviewing Sub-Affiliates, Customers & Leads

  • Sub-Affiliates: New paying customers are added as sub-affiliates.

  • Leads and Customers:

    • Leads: Individuals on a free trial or those who have opted in.

    • Customers: Leads that convert to paying customers.

    • Churned: View customers who have canceled or not converted.

Commissions Tracking

  • Dashboard: Track earned commissions, purchase dates, and payout dates.

  • Earnings Criteria:

    • Commissions are earned 30 days post-sale, barring refunds or payment failures.

    • Payments are processed on the 29th of the following month.

  • Commission Status:

    • Pending: Payment received, awaiting approval.

    • Approved: Payment reviewed and approved for payout.

    • Denied: Commission denied due to refund, incorrect campaign assignment, or wrong payment amount.

Commission Structure

  • Pro Tier:

    • Tier 1: 40%

  • Partner Tier:

    • Tier 1: 45%

    • Tier 2: 5%

  • Platinum Tier:

    • Tier 1: 50%

    • Tier 2: 30%

    • Tier 3: 10%

Setting Up Payout Method

  • PayPal: Currently, only PayPal is supported. Add your PayPal Account under the Commissions Tab.

Media Resources

  • Media Tab: Access folders with images, videos, and testimonials to assist in promoting the software.

Affiliate Policy

  • A Few Key Points:

    • Affiliate must be on an active paying subscription to earn and receive commissions

    • Affiliates cannot earn commissions on sales they make for their own accounts or related businesses.

    • Sales are credited to the affiliate whose ID is associated with the purchase. Once credited, affiliate assignment cannot be changed. Prospects who sign up without an affiliate link cannot retroactively assign an affiliate after 30 days.

    • Current customers will not be reassigned to different campaign tiers, regardless if you upgrade or use an incorrect affiliate link.

Utilize the Partner Portal to grab and share links, manage affiliates, track earnings, and access media resources to maximize your recurring revenue.
