You may want to ask visitors how they liked their visit or which employee helped them while they were there. Sometimes, you might want to ask if they want to be added to a mailing list or if they need a follow-up call. You can add the same Visitor Fields available at check-in to your Check Out button!
Getting Started
To change the questions asked during the visitor check-out process, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Buttons page.
Edit your Check-Out Button by hovering over the preview of that Button or by selecting "Existing Buttons."
Scroll down to the Visitor Fields section.
Edit the fields in this section to update your Visitor Fields as needed. This allows you to customize what information you collect during the check-out process to better suit your operational or data collection needs.
