Rate: 2x base rate

2. Booking & Scheduling
Advance Notice Requirements
Recording Sessions: 4 days minimum
Events: 21 days minimum
Full Facility: 30 days minimum
Rehearsals: Same-day bookings are available
Cancellation Policy
7+ days notice: Full refund
3-6 days notice: 50% refund
Less than 3 days: No refund
Payment Terms
50% deposit is required upon booking
Balance due before the session starts
Payment methods: ACH, credit card, check

Technical Support
Audio Engineer: $65/hour (4-hour minimum)
Assistant Engineer: $45/hour
Combined Rate: $100/hour for both
Extended Hours
Early/Late Access: $200/hour
Staff Support: $25/hour per staff member (minimum 2)
7-day advance notice required
Facility Guidelines
Operating hours: 10 am-11:30 pm daily
Clean and reset spaces after use
Report any issues promptly to booking@therecordco.org
Follow posted capacity limits and safety protocols
Secure spaces when leaving

Submit within 5 days of events:
Photos and videos to the partnership coordinator
Completed event recap form
Attendance numbers
Participant feedback
Media coverage (if any)
Regular Check-ins
Quarterly partnership reviews
Monthly program updates
Event planning meetings as needed
Annual partnership evaluation
5. Insurance & Liability
Insurance Requirements
General Liability: $1,000,000 per occurrence
TRC listed as an additional insured
Certificates are due 14 days before the first use
Workers' compensation (if applicable)
Issue Resolution
If challenges arise:
Contact the partnership coordinator directly
Document specific concerns in writing
Schedule discussion if needed
Develop an action plan together
Follow up to ensure resolution
6. Agreement Term
Initial term: 12 months
Annual renewal option
60-day notice for termination
