This article covers the ability to turn on multi-factor authentication (MFA) on your account profile. This is an added security measure for users and is an optional but recommended feature. This two-factor authentication service is available via mobile number verification, and if enabled, will be a required process upon every login instance. Email address verification is not an option at this time.
STEP 1
After logging in, users can go to their profile under the profile settings menu in the bottom left of their dashboard.
STEP 2
Select the "Settings" tab highlighted below, and in the Two-Factor Authentication section, click the "EDIT" button.
STEP 3
In the popup box, select the ENABLE tab, enter your 10-digit mobile number, and click VERIFY.
Check your mobile device for a 6-digit authentication code and insert the code in the popup box. Click VERIFY. (Note: if you do not receive a code within 1 minute, click the resend verification code button or return to the previous screen to double check the mobile number you entered is correct.)
STEP 4
The screen should show a check mark next to your mobile number and say VERIFIED. You have now enabled multi-factor authentication for your account upon login.
