Why Can't I See My Stock Contribution?
Why Can't I See My Stock Contribution?

My stock or securities contribution is not showing up in my fund.

Updated over 2 years ago

Contributions of publicly traded securities must be attributed to your fund via a notification form.

If you or your financial advisor/ broker initiated a gift of publicly traded securities to The Signatry, we must have the following form submitted in order for us to track the gift, liquidate it, and attribute the sale proceeds to your fund.

After filling the form out, the Donor Care team will review the submission and follow up with you if there are any questions.

Please Note: the form itself does not initiate the gift of stock. Use the instructions found here to notify your broker of your desire to contribute publicly traded securities to a fund at The Signatry: How to Contribute Stock to a DAF

3rd Party Agencies: The Signatry does not accept stock via transfers to third party agencies where an account is opened in our name. The contribution must be made to our stock receivable account at Schwab (instructions in link above).

Notice: If you would like to request the stock donation should not be immediately liquidated (sold), contact The Signatry Donor Care for alternative transfer instructions.
