This article will walk through the actions available on a current or former recurring grant series. If you wish to set up a new recurring grant series, go to Recommend a Recurring Grant Series.
STEP 1
From the dashboard, select the "Grants" tab from the fund dropdown on the left navigation (highlighted below). In the "Recurring Grants" section, users can select to view the grant series they want to adjust on the "Active" tab if the series still has scheduled or pending grants or "Expired" tab if the recurring grant series has already ended. These tabs are located at the top of the Recurring Grants section (highlighted below).
STEP 2
On the recurring grant series you want to edit, select the three vertical dots on the right of the series listing (highlighted below). Click "Edit Recurring Grant" to open the grant series form.
STEP 3
Under the Timing portion of the recurring grant series form, adjust the repetition of the recurrence (Every Other Month, Bi-Annually, etc.) as desired. Users can also adjust the End timing of the series to "Never" to keep the series going endlessly, or to a specific date, or after a specific number of occurrences.
After making the selections desired and verifying the details of the grant, including Purpose notes (ex. "In support of missionary couple Frank and Diana, ID #1331") or instructions for The Signatry team, click "Review" and "Submit."
